Forwarding Agent at Kappahl in Mölndal

For our distribution centre in Mölndal, we are looking for a committed and responsible Forwarding Agent who is passionate about transport and store support. We offer a good atmosphere and great opportunities to develop in a creative workplace at a fashion company.

We offer you

In the role as Forwarding Agent at Kappahl, you are part of the logistics flow from supplier to our stores and E-Commerce transport suppliers. You work proactively and are an important link between our transportation, stores and our warehouse. Your tasks include contact with forwarding agents for sea and road transport, managing and following up deviations, customs handling and other transport administration.

Your profile

We are seeking you who have a post-secondary education, or equivalent experience, in logistics and a clear interest in working with transport and customs. It is a merit if you have worked with similar tasks before but is not a requirement. We are happy to see that you have education and/or experience in customs duty. You have good computer experience and are comfortable working in Excel. Being good at communicating in speech and writing, both in Swedish and in English, is a prerequisite.

As a person, you are structured and accurate with a focus on service. You create good relationships and are a colleague who spreads positive energy in your team. You appreciate a high tempo and have the ability to maintain calm and structure even in stressful situations. We place great importance on personal characteristics.
